In the event that an EcoPump were to fail, we’ll ship a working pump in as quickly as 48 hours. EcoPump is the first pump manufacturer to offer Advance Replacement. With a small deposit, you’ll get a replacement pump shipped quickly – even before the original pump is removed or returned.
